A wheel liner is a small, cheap part that sits between the rim and the tube, and it does two jobs: it shields the tube from spoke and rim edges, and it adds a splash of color inside the wheel.

Fat tire rims are wide, so a liner made for that width is the sensible choice over improvised tape, which can shift and leave gaps. Pick Yellow, White or Black to match your build.
